Remote Assistance
For this reason Microline offers online help or remote assistance. Thanks to this service, the engineers can operate on software installed on clients’ machines directly from Microline’s premises.
Staff
Relying on its highly skilled, qualified and updated technical staff, Microline guarantees a whole series of services oriented to support clients during the introduction and use of Microline equipment.
Training
Following new equipment setting–up and final approval, Microline offers training in the use and management of new systems.
Warranty and after warranty period
Microline guarantees assistance during and after the warranty period: on request qualified engineers will quickly report on site, or they are available by telephone / e-mail, if you prefer.
Calibration
Microline offers a calibration service with certified instruments and issues a certificate referred to SIT (SIT calibration centres are recognised by European Co-operation for Accreditation).
